"Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are about choosing you, your Company and the Trane air conditioning equipment. There can be so many pressures exerted on all of us these days, but you always took my calls, answered my questions honestly and gave me all the attention necessary to get a great job done. Thank you many times over for making it possible and enjoyable to have a great efficient AC System we can rely on well into the future. Looking forward to a great continued relationship."
Best of Everything! Mr. B. (Your very satisfied customer!)
"Last July my husband and I bought our first home and had to purchase a new A/C unit. The company that installed it had to come out about 13 times to fix it since then. What is the saying? If I would have known then what I know now, my unit most likely would not have ever been broken.
My sincere thanks, gratitude and appreciation go out to Creek's A/C. Within two days Ben had Pat (the technician) out here fixing the problem. Pat went above and beyond the call of duty. While he was repairing the unit he explained what and why he was doing in "car" terms which my husband could relate to and understand. I also want to thank Daren @ Trane for referring these fine people.
What the world would be if all companies were caring like they are at Creeks. I will recommend you to anyone that needs service!"
Thanks again!!!! Caren & Mike Grey
"You can't see me, but I'm jumping with JOY!!! I just finished dusting the house, since it has been a week, since I thoroughly cleaned after James and Pat vacuumed the ductwork. Oh, my goodness! I knew something was wrong. My dusting efforts for the last 11 years have felt fruitless, since the dust always returned soon after the task. Now, I do feel as though the house is clean for the first time, since moving in to this newly constructed home (11 years ago). You have no idea how HAPPY I am, but I want to thank you and "the team" once again for going beyond my expectations. Good-by dust and good-by frustration! Finally, we get to breathe clean air and enjoy a much cleaner home!
Thanks so much! It is always a pleasure doing business with you! Have a GREAT weekend!!!"
Chris

GOD BLESS. . ."

"Creeks Air Conditioning is a fair, honest and trustworthy company. Getting a returned call was very important to me, and Ben Smith never failed to deliver. They recently installed a Trane system in my Mandarin home, and I have been extremely satisfied with the product and their service. I would definitely recommend them"

"Last fall my builder’s grade AC stopped working. I called the company that had installed it and got an estimate on a new system. My neighbor had just had a unit, exactly like the one I wanted, installed by Creeks Air. I called Creeks Air. They were able to save me money, plus, I got friendly, personable service. I can talk to Creeks Air like a friend. My unit is top of the line because I want to be comfortable. I have a Clean Effects filter and a UV germicidal light, extras that have made a difference in the quality of the air. I wanted to start out with a completely clean system and Creeks Air recommended a company to do the duct cleaning and arranged for the service. It is becoming rare to find a company that will assess your needs and take the time to recommend things that will improve the quality of your home. Creeks Air will do that."

"Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for your prompt professional service. You and your team took the time to fully explain all the options to me. When I made a final decision it was less than a week to have a new system completely installed. I would definitely recommend Creeks to my friends and family."
Thanks,
Troy
"The performance has been beyond outstanding. I wanted to gather enough run time prior to updating you. Our recent weather had a few days of rain and rather cool air along with very high humidity. I didn't expect optimum results with this combination. However the temperature held exactly on 72 and the humidity on the 49% set point. As the sun comes in the fan speed actually begins to ramp up well before the room temperature gaining one degree. This system must read and react to tenths of a degree. Neat! During days of 98 degree along with 94% humidity the variable speed air handler ramps as expected but surprisingly also moves additional air above the normal high speed if required. We run this quiet fan continuously for less than $7 per month and now the cold north and hot south rooms have equalized. Walking into a room with regular A/C (which part of our home still has) is cold and clammy while this constant humidity without over cooling has to be experienced to be believed. The Trane electronic cleaner in concert with proper climate control makes the room air look and actually feel cleaner. Walk into a room and you become enveloped in wonderful. During the brush fires just stepping outside burned your eyes and throat. The first thing that hits you when going inside is absolutely no smell of the smoke, this filter turns it into a grey powder on the collection plates. Plus, no more ceiling filters to buy or change. The outdoor compressor spends more time running in that very low speed (producing ultra hot freon) than it's regular cooling mode. This proves the effectiveness and worth of the EDA. The coil design is so efficient that in the high nineties, during maximum effort, the air expelled is almost cool compared to the very hot air coming from the old Lennox sitting beside it.
Your modest power savings guess was quite accurate. (It was the number that was modest). With our old system we didn't run the fan full time so we are expending a little more power for that and the dehumidifying cycles. A very small expense to gain perfect 24 hour comfort while consuming less electricity overall. As our power cost has gone from $.094 to .116 p/kw I did all calculations as watts not dollars and then converted to bucks for more accurate figures. Our old system lasted 20 years and was still working so I would expect 20 more years in this location. The actual savings to date was $20.09 per month. This would be $4,800 over the 20 years. When adjusted for similar rate increases that we had in the last 10 years, and corrected downward for the JEA-FPL artifact, I feel that the long-term savings could be in the neighborhood of $7,800. However, the real point of climate control is many years of getting as close to pure comfort as possible.
I would say that you folks have quite the products.
Thanks again for working with me to build this custom system. It had to be sufficiently advanced and make enough sense that I would want to scrap a system that was still working well."
Regards,
Dennis Falconer
"Thank you very much for the excellent and professional service provided by your company and for the information and knowledge that you shared with us. My home air conditioning unit stopped working on June 3rd and you and your company diagnosed the problem and got us back “cool” in an efficient time and at an efficient cost."
Thanks much,
The Keaton Family.
